Reservation Policy – during your decision process you may tentatively hold any hot tub for a 24 hour period with no deposit. To guarantee a hot tub rental for a specific date we require full payment when you reserve it.  This deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your rental, non-refundable in the 14 days prior to your reservation. 

Same Day Rentals – all prices listed are for advanced bookings, same day bookings will be charged a 15% last minute surcharge.

Instant Hot Water - hot tubs are often rented as a last minute thought. In the situation that heating time is an issue our Takagi Flash T-K2 instant water heater is available. Heating over 200 gallons to 40C / 104 F per hour. Your event will begin as soon as the hot tub is full. The rate is $85 and hour. 

Deliveries – an approximate delivery time is established when you reserve your hot tub. With Calgary’s increasing traffic congestion we require a 2 hour window around this time. Our delivery team will be in telephone contact with you when they are on their way.

Out of Calgary Deliveries - $3.50 / km one way.

Payment Method - either VISA or MasterCard.  GST will be added.

Christmas and News Years – all prices listed do not include Christmas or New Years, please phone for a quote. Christmas and New Years bookings are non-refundable after December 1.

Gift certificates - available in any amount with no expiry date.
